My passion for hair, beauty, and business has lead to a successful career with 10 years of experience, I’m making my mark in the hair industry with effective marketing, expertise in hair care, thermal styling, finishing, and luxury extension services. My specialty is crochet braid styles. The Salon is a serene atmosphere where clients can feel at peace and leave with a stellar style. What to expect from me (Star) Most definitely, a comfortable experience that is tailored to your needs. Prepare to be educated on your healthy hair journey and beyond. Expect only professional products, color, and the best treatments will be used; there is no one treatment type for all but they are formulated for each individual client. I will also give recommendations to products locally or online. Know that your satisfaction and the health of your hair is the top priority. • 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Please notify by text (210)920-1936 CANCELATION POLICY I understand emergencies sometimes come up and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request the respect of both my time and the time of others by providing a minimum 24 hour notice of any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please contact me ASAP. Anything beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are 15+ minutes late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and subject to a no-show fee. • All sales are final . No Refunds. I remain in my right to refuse service No products should be in your hair on the day of your appointment. Oils, jams, and greases are NOT permitted. Cancellation Policy
