Cancellation Policy
StarStyles Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing StarStyles. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because that time cannot be replaced once it has been reserved, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service total.
Appointments canceled the day of will be charged 75% of the reserved service total.
No-show appointments (appointments missed without notice) will be charged 100% of the reserved service total and may result in restrictions on future online booking.
Elite Hair-Included Services: The custom deposit required at booking is non-refundable, as those funds are immediately used to custom-order your premium human hair.
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment experience. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service modified or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If rescheduling is necessary, the cancellation policy will apply.
